The Problem

You've built a life that looks like it's working.

From the outside, it is. But you know what it costs you to keep it that way, and you're tired of being the only one who knows. Rest, for you, has become another thing to schedule, optimise, or feel guilty about. This retreat isn't that.

"The one everyone calls when things go wrong."

"The one who shows up early, stays late, and somehow still has the answer."

"Tired of being the only one who knows what it costs."

Is This You

This is for you if

You're the one who holds it all together, at work and at home, and no one has thought to ask what holding it costs you.
You've built something real, and from the outside it looks like it's working. You're tired of being the only one who knows what it takes.
You want rest that isn't a different kind of performance, and isn't followed by guilt the moment it ends.
You're ready to be in a room of women who understand exactly what you've been carrying, without having to explain it first.
The Promise

Who you leave as

Not fixed. Not full of new tasks. Just closer to yourself than you arrived.

Holding it all together Being held, for a day
Armour mode, all the time A body that remembers how to soften
Performing that you're fine Sitting in a room where you don't have to be
Knowing something has to change, vaguely Space to notice what could change tonight
Two women laughing together
Three women lying together outdoors, laughing
A candlelit table set with food and wine
The Day

How the day moves

10:30

Arrive and land

Doors open at 10:30 for a 11am start. Phones go in a basket by the door. No agenda to brace yourself against, no requirement to have it figured out before you arrive.

Midday

Together

Guided time with our three facilitators, exploring what's really running underneath the high-achieving exterior. The exact shape of this will take form as we finalise the day.

Afternoon

Feel

Space to feel what rest actually feels like in your body, not just hear about it, with lunch and refreshments in between.

A spread of fruit, bread and refreshments on a table
18:00

Close together

Space to notice what's shifted, and what you're carrying differently, as you head back into your life this evening.

Before You Book

A few honest questions

Is this therapy?

No. It's coaching, embodiment and community, held by three qualified practitioners. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, this isn't the right space, and we'll gladly point you towards one that is.

How many women will be there?

Spaces are limited so the room stays intimate. We'll confirm final numbers closer to the date.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, and something comfortable to sit and lie down in. We provide mats and everything you need to rest on, so there's nothing to bring for that. If you know you fluctuate in temperature, you're welcome to bring an extra blanket or wrap. Lunch and refreshments are included.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Yes. Let us know when you book, and we'll take care of it.

What's your cancellation policy?

A 50% refund is available if you cancel a month or more before the event. No refunds are available after that.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is all on one floor with no stairs.
