You said this would be
the time you finally moved.
So why are you still here?
Ready Enough™ is a four-Saturday in-person business lab in London for women who are done circling the same decision and ready to move.
Founding cohort · £397 · 12 spots only
You have experience.
Something real. More than enough to move.
And yet. There is a moment you keep arriving at.
Not because you are lazy.
Not because you are unclear.
Because something deeper is happening.
It is not that you do not know what to do.
It is that something in you pauses every time it matters.
You have been told this is a confidence problem. Or a strategy problem.
It is not.
What is actually happening is this: something in you stops you. Every time. Right before it matters. You have called it different things. None of the names have helped you move past it.
And it is the reason your business is not moving the way it could.
This room is built on that truth. You are not here to become ready. You are here to decide, and to learn how to move from that decision.
This is not just about
feeling stuck.
The pattern shows up in real, concrete ways. Every time it runs, something stays smaller than it should.
“The cost of staying the same is always higher than the cost of moving.”
Not a workshop.
A lab.
You come in. You do real work. You leave with something written, named, and yours after every session.
Identity first. Business second. Because doing it the other way round is why nothing has held.
Future cohorts will be priced higher. This is the founding rate.
What happens inside each session
You do not collect information here. You make decisions. Each session produces one shift and one output you take home.
Decisions that exist in writing.
This is work that holds because it is done in the room, in your language, by you.
Readiness is not a feeling you arrive at.
It is a decision you make.
The truth at the centre of Ready Enough™
This is what happens when women stop pausing
Ready Enough™ is a new programme. These are from women who have worked with Lillian in other rooms.
Her remarkable talent is her skill to ignite engagement in each and every one of her delegates.
Lillian is a very special individual.
The most profound lessons stayed with me long after the room closed.
You were a phenomenal facilitator and champion for women.
It was a life-changing experience.
Every leadership trait can be learned and a positive mindset plays a vital role in not self-sabotaging yourself.
Beyond Permission:
The Audio Experience
Five episodes you complete before Session 1. Built specifically for Black and Brown women who are capable on paper and cycling in patterns. You arrive already in motion.
The Pattern Underneath
Why capable women keep pausing, and why it has nothing to do with confidence.
The Ease Penalty
The invisible tax you pay for being naturally gifted, and how to stop paying it.
Visibility Without Performance
How to show up as yourself rather than as the version you think is required.
Permission as a Practice
Why you keep waiting for someone else to authorise your next move.
The Decision
Readiness is not a feeling. Here is what it actually is, and how to access it any time you choose.
We have both been exactly where you are.
Two distinct areas of expertise. Both in the room. That is what makes this work.

“I sat in meetings and watched colleagues take credit for my ideas. I declined contracts I was qualified for because something in me decided in advance they were not mine to have. I have added up what that cost. It was close to £200,000 in work I talked myself out of before anyone else had the chance to say no.”
Lillian is an Identity Strategist, NeuroChange Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist. She did not fix the pattern by getting more confident. She found what was running underneath and addressed it there. Fifteen years in business transformation taught her that the work most needed was never in the processes. It was in the women being asked to lead while the conditions of leadership were being quietly stacked against them.

“Female founders do not need more noise. They need clarity, the right community, and the confidence to take up space.”
Mathura is a Visibility and Community Building Strategist who helps female founders, creators, and high-achieving women turn ideas into impact. As the founder of All Hers UK, she leads a community of 300+ women who refuse to be put in one box. Backed by a Master’s in Organisational Change and a background in Psychology and Counselling.
Is this your room?
Read both columns. The right woman will know.
This is for you if
- You have something real but keep pausing before you move
- You are capable but not fully expressed in your work
- You are done collecting information and ready for change
- You recognise yourself in this page
- You have been to workshops that motivated you and changed nothing by Monday
- You are ready to be honest about where you actually are
This is not for you if
- You are still exploring what you want to do
- You are looking for step-by-step business training
- You want a tactics-only programme
- You are not ready to engage with the women around you in the room
If you are still looking for more information, this may not be the right room yet. That is honest, and it is fine.
