Leadership Development for Women
My leadership coaching takes a two-pronged approach.
1: I work one-to-one with many women in leadership and executive roles, to make their own breakthroughs both personally and professionally.
2: I work with corporate companies to deliver coaching to their leaders collectively as part of a program designed by me, workshops or speaking engagements.The reason for my two-pronged approach is that through my coaching of women, many of whom are in corporate environments, I can see their pain points. Through this coaching I have a unique insight into where businesses are missing a trick by not developing and working with their leaders, twinned with my own corporate background, I am distinctly qualified to coach both 1-1 and groups, to be a catalyst for change in today’s modern businesses.
Focusing on corporate leadership development, it can look like a comprehensive programme delivered over a series of sessions, or, one specialised topic that focuses on the pain point of the company, delivered as talk with Q&A.
I Collaborated with Lillian on some facilitation and quickly found her professionalism, care, and experience allowed the delegates to build trust, rapport, and confidence in themselves to move into their new role. An absolute joy to work with, and I hope to get the chance again in the future!
