Lillian Ogbogoh is a speaker, identity and leadership strategist, and the founder of BECOMING WOMAN™. She works with women leaders, organisations, and the people who bring them together.
Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, behavioural change, and the lived experience of women navigating leadership in environments that weren't always designed with them in mind.
She doesn't start with strategy. She starts with the woman who has to carry it.
